I love holiday food. 
Love it that suddenly, you can find practically anything pumpkin- or peppermint-flavored.
So as I get press releases and other notices, thought I’d compile a list of holiday-inspired food and drink that restaurants are offering for a limited time. If you know of others, help me grow the list!
IHOP: New holiday hotcake line, which includes gingerbread pancakes, eggnog pancakes, pecan pie pancakes, and pumpkin pancakes.
Legal Sea Foods: added holiday-inspired cocktails to its menu: Applejack Cocktail, Anjou Cocktail and Pomegranate Lemon Drop Martini.
Krispy Kreme: snowman-shaped doughnuts; glazed doughnuts with white icing and a gingerbread crunch topping; white-iced rings with red drizzle; and chocolate-iced rings with holiday sprinkles. At participating stores.
Dunkin Donuts: Peppermint Mocha Latte, served hot or cold. It also has a limited-time chocolate mint donut.
Dairy Queen: New Candy Cane Chill, which is a Blizzard with candy cane pieces and chocolate chunks. Apparently, it’s “minty and merry!”

Chick-fil-A: Hand-spun peppermint chocolate chip milkshake.
Starbucks: Thanks to Carolyn (my editor and frequent blog reader) for pointing out that Starbucks has holiday drinks again this year. New this year is the Caramel Brulée Latte, and returning from last year are Peppermint Mocha and Gingerbread Latte. It’s also celebrating the 25th anniversary of its Christmas blend.
Cheescake Factory's peppermint bark cheesecake
California Pizza Kitchen: Pumpkin cheesecake with a ginger crumb praline crust. Served with fresh whipped cream and a drizzle of praline sauce.
Cheesecake Factory: Peppermint Bark Cheesecake — White chocolate cheesecake swirled with chunks of chocolate peppermint bark and topped with white chocolate mousse and finished with chopped peppermint.
Rita’s: Thanks to Britt for pointing out that they have a peppermint chip cream ice for a limited time.
McDonald’s: A spokeswoman tells me Mickey D’s again has eggnog milk shakes this holiday season. She’s currently checking to see if there are any other holiday deals going on now. (I’ve been told some were serving little pumpkin pies last month?) When I know more, I’ll update again.
Steak ‘n Shake: Again offering the white chocolate milk shake for a limited time. However, an employee at the Boynton Beach location tells me it has a new peppermint milk shake available for a limited time.
